Cicely discovered yoga in the early 2000’s and ultimately made her way to teaching. She believes that yoga uses the body to strengthen the mind and is an important and transformative tool that can bring great perspective to life, heal personal suffering and awaken spiritual understanding.

Cicely has completed two 200 hour certifications; one in Vinyasa Flow and one in Power Yoga.
